Early-access service
Amae is under active development and is currently provided by invitation. Features, interfaces, storage behavior, integrations, and availability may change as the product develops.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe the account has been compromised.
Your content and saved sources
You retain responsibility for the Tasks, Notes, Marks, files, and other material you add to Amae. You give Amae permission to host, copy, transform, index, and process that material only as needed to operate and improve the features you use.
You must have the right to save and use content from external sources. Amae does not grant rights to third-party articles, images, videos, posts, or other material merely because the service can capture or display them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Amae to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malicious material, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to access another user's account or content.
Availability and changes
The early-access service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent retention, compatibility with every source, or error-free assisted output. Keep independent copies of material that is essential to you.
No pricing has been announced. If paid plans are introduced, you will receive relevant terms before being charged.
Assisted output
Summaries, tags, transcripts, suggested Tasks, and other generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review output before relying on it, particularly for consequential decisions.
Ending access
You may stop using Amae at any time and may request account deletion through available product controls or support. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or discontinue the early-access service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the early-access service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Amae develops. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
